THE YARD

Description

This decorative yet practically usable chair has been handcrafted from recycled scaffold boards.

Mortise and Tenon joints have been used through the piece to ensure  robustness and rigidity.

For strength and durability, the legs are made from aged and seasoned pine and we have added further strengthen and a decorative feature by inlaying them with steel bar.

The copper plate inlay has been distressed using a patina process that incorporates the use of ammonia, sea salt and baking powder.

The piece is finished with a thick varnish.
